From handling day-to-day customer communications to managing a range of administrative tasks, your contributions will keep the team running smoothly. As you progress, there are great opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming phone calls and distributing post
Scheduling client meetings and preparing necessary documents
Building strong client relationships, addressing inquiries
Supporting internal team projects and maintaining internal systems
Assisting with seminars and covering reception as neededWhat We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
