Role
Collaborate with site management to implement and uphold Excellence system standards.
Train direct and indirect personnel on fundamental lean principles, including 5S and the 8 wastes.
Partner with site managers to enhance material flow.
Coordinate with the planning department to identify and address capacity concerns across the business.
Develop action plans for improvements with potential cost savings and provide weekly performance updates.
Requirements
Excellent analytical and software skills
Six Sigma/Lean (Yellow+)
Knowledge of 5s and 8 wastes as well as 8D problem solving
Experience within plastics manufacturing beneficial
