Do you have a passion for Business Development and building relationships? SLS Recruitment are working with a National Training provider who are recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to focus on their IT and Digital Apprenticeship sector. This is a Hybrid role and will involve working in either their Leeds or London office twice per week. Offering an salary of up to £55,000 with and OTE of £25,000
This role will suit a highly experienced senior sales person who has a strong background in funded learning and IT & Digital apprenticeships who can grow and establish long term relationships with clients. You will have extensive experience of generating and winning new business with aim of building long term relationships.
Experience required:
- Must have experience of working in a Senior Business Development capacity within IT and Digital apprenticeships.
- Deliver excellent client service and satisfaction with the support of the delivery.
- Manage client stakeholders and increase apprenticeship revenue within a portfolio of strategic, large enterprise client accounts.
- Increase revenues for each account through expanding the scope of programmes delivered to existing contacts and business areas.
- Generate new leads and build your network within your accounts.
- Build and maintain a healthy personal pipeline to deliver and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Create proposals and deliver pitches successfully.
