MILWAUKEE, WI – The Bartolotta Restaurants , the premier restaurant and catering organization in the Greater Milwaukee region, has named veteran human resources leader Gabriella Bauer , PHR, SHRM-CP as the company’s Senior Director of Human Resources. A 20-plus year veteran of the HR sector, Ms. Bauer will drive the company’s HR strategy forward, enhancing its vibrant culture and fostering growth through process improvement and performance management; ensuring a seamless integration of HR practices that align with the company’s goals and values.
