Rate: £63.58hr (Umbrella) MAX
Duration: 12 Months

To design, implement and manage the functional stakeholder engagement strategy. Overseeing functional, programme, and project delivery activities to support the identification of stakeholders, analysis of their requirements and expectations and the development and implementation of clear, innovative engagement solutions that meet their needs. Developing relationships that are built on openness, honesty, trust, and respect.
Key Accountabilities:
* Create, implement, and maintain a functional stakeholder engagement strategy.
* Plan and manage our engagement frameworks across multiple stakeholders, internal and external, including regulators, local authorities, and Government to establish strong working relationships and partnerships.
* Lead stakeholder mapping activities.
* Identify and Lead on targeted campaigns to address stakeholder requirements, and or enquiries.
* Develop and successful deliver stakeholder engagement plans in accordance with the stakeholder engagement strategy.
* Work collaboratively with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver requirements.
* Act as the key interface between the function and stakeholders to ensure interactions are well planned and executed.
* Lead key stakeholder meetings, forums and workshops and drive actions through to completion that address concerns, enquiries, requirements, etc.
* Develop and cascade appropriate stakeholder reports and papers.
* Create KPIs to track and monitor Stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and executing a functional stakeholder engagement strategy which focusses on building and strengthening relationships and strategic partnerships both internally and externally.
* Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement framework that defines the approach i.e., steps that will be taken to identify stakeholders, document and analyse their requirements and expectations, manage the relationships, sustain successful partnerships, and monitor and track levels of satisfaction.
* Create and execute functional engagement plans.
* Create targeted messaging and campaigns to address stakeholder requirements, queries, and/or concerns.
* Provide briefings, guidance, and support to functional technical teams for meetings with stakeholders.
* Follow up on stakeholder engagements to document discussions, decisions, actions, and drive action completion where required.
* Effectively plan and manage stakeholder engagements i.e., workshops, seminars, forums, etc. to ensure outcomes deliver against intended requirements.
* Maintain accurate audit trails of stakeholder interactions.
* Act as the conduit between stakeholders and functional teams and ensure that feedback is provided to senior leaders and the executive as appropriate.
* Create, implement, and monitor metrics that determine performance and stakeholder satisfaction and communicate back to functional senior leadership and executive as appropriate.
* Create and cascade stakeholder engagement information through functional reporting lines, creating reports and papers for senior leaders and the Executive as appropriate.
* Highlight key performance, risks, issues, and opportunities and ensure that decisions and actions are taken, and progress monitored.
* Act as role model for company behaviours by leading, coaching, and influencing others at all levels of the business
