TeacherActive is proud to be working with a SEND school in Nottingham, supporting with their recruitment for a SEND Teaching Assistant / SEND TA. The setting is centred on pupil’s development, building a relationship with the pupil, as well as an intrinsic desire to make progress both academically and with their own emotional, social, and behavioural skills.
The school is seeking out a passionate team player to take on the role. A successful SEND Teaching Assistant / TA who can bring a new dimension and skill set to what can be achieved in this role, with potential to become a Long term / permanent placement for the right SEND Teaching assistant / SEND TA.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant / SEND TA will have:
Experience working with children with special educational needs / disabilities.
Level 2 or 3 CACHE or equivalent.
A caring and supportive personality.
A growth and flexible mindset.
