Role Overview:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technology solutions and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, analyse, and document requirements, ensuring that our tech projects meet the highest standards. Your insights and expertise will drive the success of our projects, making a tangible impact on the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose effective solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and ongoing communication between business and technical teams.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including business cases, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Testing & Validation: Assist in the testing process to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.


Required Skills & Experience:


Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Understanding of APIs and web services


Business Analysis Expertise:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech environment
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification
  • Experience in fintech, health tech, or e-commerce sectors
