We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and well-established manufacturer of Health & Beauty Products. Due to their continued growth, development and demand they are seeking to employ an experienced Dispenser Operative for their Thetford site.
They work with some of the world’s biggest brand owners, contract manufacturing household brands, and we also manufacture own label product for some of the UK’s biggest retailers.
Hours of work: 6am – 3pm Monday – Friday
Salary: £12.20 per hour
Ongoing position potentially leading to permanent for the right candidate
Purpose of the role:
To dispense raw materials for batches being made in process in an efficient time and accurately with recording of all information that is required for traceability.
Duties:
Collect raw materials needed for each batch which have been picked by chem warehouse from the chem warehouse.
Ensure all container use to dispense raw materials are clean and fit for purpose.
Dispense batches as per batch sheet.
Split and scan all raw materials used ensuring system traceability.
Record batch numbers of all raw material dispensed.
Record all weights of raw materials dispensed.
Return all raw materials which are not required back to chem warehouse.
Ensure dispensary is kept clean.
Clear up any spillages and report these to the Process Supervisor.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good attention to detail
IT literate
