Our client, a leading wine & spirits business has an exciting opportunity for a Product Developer to apply their creative design skills in developing the Gifting product range and presenting these products to their key accounts.

Responsibilities:nUse appropriate software to design and translate conceptual ideas into feasible product prototypes.nCollaborate with Marketing, to support promoting products to customers, and integrating new products into the portfolio.nConduct regular market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead in the gifting landscape.nKeep abreast of market trends and identify potential new products to include in the portfolio.nDevelop strong working relations with suppliers and key accounts.nLiaise with suppliers to source high-quality products and negotiate favourable terms and promote these to the key accounts.nEstablish and enforce rigorous quality control and sustainability standards for all gifting products.

Candidate requirements:

A relevant tertiary qualification is preferable.nProduct design or development experience

within the wine & spirits, food, drinks, or luxury retail industry.nTechnical skills in design software or packaging.nAn all-rounder who is both creative and commercially oriented.nExperience in managing relationships with major high-end accounts.nStrong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour within the luxury food and drink sector.

Salary will be circa £35K to £45K + 10% Bonus.n25 leave days + 8 bank holidaysnThe role will be based in the Hertfordshire area.nHybrid remote working options (3 days in the office)
