Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator – Haringey (Social Housing)
Intrepid Global is working with a well-established client in the construction and maintenance sector, seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee long-term maintenance contracts in Haringey and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to play a key role in mobilising contracts and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage long-term maintenance contracts across Haringey and surrounding areas.
* Work closely with senior management to mobilise new contracts and ensure efficient project execution.
* Manage a team of operatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Monitor project progress, addressing any issues promptly to keep contracts on track.
* Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards.
* Utilise strong IT skills to manage project systems and provide regular updates to senior management.
* Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and maintain quality control across all projects.
* Maintain excellent client communication, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare detailed reports for senior management on project status and progress.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience working on similar contracts within the construction or maintenance industry.
* Proven ability to manage multiple operatives and coordinate large-scale projects.
* Strong IT skills, with proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with both internal teams and clients.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
* Must be based within a commutable distance to Haringey.
What’s on Offer:
* Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £40,000 per year, dependent on experience.
* Company pension scheme.
* Performance-based bonus structure.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Additional Information:
* Experience in reactive maintenance, disrepair, or damp and mould contracts is essential.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on reactive maintenance and schedule of rate contracts.
* Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
