The Role As a Contract Recruitment Consultant in London, you'll be: Networking, and developing new business Pitching AVA Energy services to potential clients Candidate sourcing via job boards Candidate screening by phone, video, or in-person Achieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis About you Minimum 1 years’ experience and success in contract recruitment Ideally experience in a similar sector A natural mentor and leader Competitive Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships Money and target driven Benefits Competitive base salary and commission structure 3pm Friday finish 2 weeks off over Christmas Private medical Hybrid working Clear opportunities for progression with clear pre-defined career path Incentives, monthly lunch clubs and holidays Relocation opportunities External training and further qualifications
