Faulkner Scott, a CPS Group Company, are working with a successful and fast-growing SaaS organisation based in Central Bristol who have an excellent opportunity for a Bid Manager to join the business.
The Bid Manager will play a crucial role in the next phase of growth and success by helping secure new business.
You will manage the end-to-end bid process, writing and managing tenders, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, RFIs and proposals.
Being able to understand technical jargon and get to grips with software applications will be an advantage in this role.
Ideally hybrid working in Central Bristol, however, very flexible with remote working if required.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the full bid process from receipt of documentation through to bid submission
* Transforming technical and operational information in to meaningful proposal documentation.
* Managing the full process for a range of Bids - Invitations to Tender, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, Requests for Information / Proposals
* Creation of sales proposal content and proof reading / adjusting content when necessary
* Document management and version control for tender related documentation
Skills / experience:
* Previous experience within similar Bid / Tender writing would be a benefit but not essential
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong written communication skills
* Highly organised and able to work towards strict deadlines
* IT Literate - able to understand software products or experience within a similar SaaS business preferred
* Strong MS Office - Word / Excel or similar (Google Docs, etc)
* Any experience with Screen Capturing Software a benefit - Gliffy / Visio etc
