WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAYnThe Data Product Manager will be part of the Kelvatek Business Solutions team and will be responsible for defining and maintaining the Kelvatek data use cases and Data Product Roadmap. The product manager will have a detailed understanding of the DNOs data & digitalisation strategies and will work directly with DNOs to understand their requirements and business drivers and use this input to develop new data use cases and data products. The product manager will act as the main interface into the data solutions team working with the data product owner to schedule and deliver the data product roadmap. The product manager will take a hands on role in the triage and root cause analysis of data issues and then the manage any corrective action with the appropriate engineering or device product management teams.
RESPONSIBILITESn· Engagement with customers across all teams to capture requirements and data use casesnSupport sales team with customer presentations and proposals for data solutionsnProduct Roadmap: Define and maintain the Kelvatek data uses cases and associated product roadmapnWork with Data Solutions product owner to schedule and deliver features against the product roadmapnInteraction with Engineering, Project Management and Service Delivery teams to ensure successful product roadmap delivery in line with regional requirements.nProviding subject matter expertise and business context to the data solutions teamnTriage and root cause analysis for data quality issuesnManagement of data quality issues through collaboration with engineering and product management teams
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDn· Proven experience in a product management role.nExperience of delivering data and software solutions to customers in the Energy sector.nA combination of data management and business knowledge to be able to translate the use case needs into data driven solutionsnKnowledge of regulatory obligations and industry requirements within UK market – particularly DNO Data & Digitialiosation strategiesnStrong analytical skillsnExperience of data analysis / data exploration techniques and toolsnExcellent communication and presentation skills
