About the Role:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care based on evidence-based guidelines.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Maintain records in compliance with corporate policies, NMC guidelines, and protocols.
Ensure all clinical care aligns with policies and procedures.
Supervise care team to deliver evidence-based care plans.
Take responsibility for patient care management during shifts.
About You:
Registered nurse with post-registration clinical experience.
Knowledgeable about best clinical practices for the client group.
Aware of current legislation in the independent care sector.
Demonstrable continuing professional development.
Experienced in nurse-led management of long-term conditions.
Committed to service user involvement and possesses clinical leadership skills.
Skilled in leading clinical practice development for the client group.
