About the Role:
Our clients are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team at a prestigious commercial office site in Weybridge. This is a static role, ensuring stability and consistency without the need for call outs. If you are an experienced professional with a passion for maintaining and improving electrical systems in a commercial environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine electrical maintenance tasks, including inspections, testing, and troubleshooting.
* Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure minimal disruption to office operations.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors as needed.
* Identify and recommend improvements to electrical systems to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably within a commercial office setting.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
