Multi Trade Plumber – Covering SE London with Rochester based office
Full Time TTP – 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8-5)
Salary: £36,000 per annum + company van & fuel card

Our client is a leading provider of social housing across the Southeast of England, with properties ranging from London – Kent – Hampshire and everywhere in between with over 50,000 properties providing housing to 100,000 residents, and over 1,100 employees. Their business covers all aspects of social housing repairs, including responsive, planned, and void maintenance.

Your Responsibilities:
* Undertake responsive, routine repairs and void repairs to social housing properties
* A wide variety of plumbing repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and empty properties including at least 2 other secondary trade skills
* Basic skills of carpentry, flooring, general glazing, plastering, decorating, and tiling
* The work will include:
* Bathroom installations
* First and second fixing
* Emergency water escape repairs
* Drainage
* Tap Change
* Ball Valve
* Waste Blockage
* Pipe Work
* Shower pump replacements
* Ceramic wall tiling
The successful candidate will have:
* A technical background and NVQ Level 2-3 in plumbing or equivalent
* A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned)
* Full, UK driving licence
