Job Title: 360 Machine Operator
Location: Oxford, United Kingdom
Company Overview: Randstad is currently on the look out for a 360 Machine Operator to join a leading construction company committed to excellence and innovation. The client undertakes a wide range of projects across Oxfordshire and beyond.
Position Overview: As a 360 Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects, operating heavy machinery to support various tasks on-site. Safety and efficiency are paramount in this role, and you will be expected to adhere to all relevant regulations and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate 360-degree excavators and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
Load and unload materials using the machine as necessary.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors to coordinate tasks.Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a 360 Machine Operator in a construction or similar environment.
Valid CPCS or NPORS certification for operating 360 excavators.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to heavy machinery operation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
