About Us: This lovely Pre-School offers a stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 3 to 5 years old. Their curriculum is designed to provide enriching learning experiences that foster growth and development. The team are committed to delivering high-quality education tailored to the individual needs and interests of each child.
Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a class teacher and experienced practitioners to support the learning and development of our young learners. Your role will encompass assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the class teacher and practitioners to implement the curriculum and deliver engaging learning experiences.
Provide individualized support to students to facilitate their learning and development.
Assist with classroom management and behavior support strategies.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community.
Contribute to the planning and preparation of classroom activities and resources.
