Our Brand Plan will bring step change comms, bring first to market innovation and we will be listed in more places than ever before.
Our International growth is driven through more consumers buying our Brand in existing markets such as France & Germany. While we continue to unlock new markets with launches in both the US & Spain. Exciting opportunity to join this innovative food manufacturing business
The role:nAs a Junior Product Technologist, you'll play a vital role in our dynamic team, contributing to the product development lifecycle. Aligned with our company values, you are expected to evolve into a fully-fledged Product Technologist
Your primary role is to serve as the bridge between the product development kitchen and the production line, ensuring a seamless transition for new products/ingredients from trial and testing stages to full production.
Key Responsibilitiesnin the seamless transition of new products from trial to full production.nand recommend improvements during trial production runs.nin buying and trialling new processing equipment.ncoordination for the implementation of new structures and processes.nrelationships with NPD, Production, and other stakeholders.nand flag potential problems in production processes.nschedules for product launches and coordinate production trials.nongoing investigations into production processes.naccurate documentation of operating procedures and provide support during initial production.ncost products after trials and be flexible in undertaking role-associated activities.ndesign, embed and champion Continuous Improvement initiatives beyond New Product Development, ensuring a culture of ongoing enhancement and efficiency throughout the organisation.
