Manufacturing General Manager
Job Description
As the Manufacturing General Manager, you'll be responsible for overall plant performance, ensuring alignment with our commercial and operational objectives. Measured through profit, no loss You will champion our vision for a world-class facility powered by our own cutting-edge technology. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling our growth trajectory and delivering operational excellence 
Manufacturing General Manager
Essential Qualifications / Experience / Skills
Knowledge of multiple industry sectors is required, such as Aerospace and Automotive, with a good knowledge of New Product/Process Introduction across a mix of prototype and low-volume environments
Significant manufacturing leadership experience with full P&L accountability, working towards our company's strategic objectives
Must have a good working knowledge of CAM programming, and previous experience of using packages such as MasterCam, Siemens NX and Fusion is crucial

Chartered Mechanical Engineer with experience within the precision engineering industry
