Financial Reporting Manager

£We are seeking a highly skilled and fully qualified Financial Reporting Manager to join our global client in Cambridge. This role is integral to the financial reporting and taxation function, ensuring compliance with UK and US GAAP, managing statutory audits, and overseeing tax strategy and filings. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong focus on relationship building and a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
Oversee all areas of financial reporting compliance and statutory financial reporting for both UK and US GAAP.
Manage and complete local and foreign territory statutory audits.
Maintain the group’s lease accounting database and calculations.
Complete and file tax returns, VAT returns, and other statutory filings.
Engage in financial accounting, tax, and finance systems projects.
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with post-qualification experience.
Previous financial control and management reporting experience.
Strong understanding of best practice technical reporting and financial controls/processes.
Experience in complex financial environments with high scrutiny.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
