You will be responsible for advising, supporting, and training individual childcare practitioners and staff teams in order to develop and maintain high quality care and education practice within the settings to meet the needs of children and their families and to ensure that settings exceed the minimum standards required by Ofsted.

Requirements:
* Minimum level 3 early years qualification
* Teaching qualification
* Knowledge of legislation including equality, safeguarding, PREVENT, SEND, health and safety and food hygiene
* Safeguarding to level 2 (training can be provided)
* Working knowledge of statutory guidance within an
* Early Years environment for example Ofsted and EYFS
Experience:
* Working with children aged 0-5 in a variety of contexts.
* Leading quality work within an Early Years environment.
* Delivering training on a range of Early Years topics.
Benefits
* Salary: Up to £32,000.00 dependant on experience & qualification
* Hours: Up to 45 hours per week
* Annual leave: 20 days per year plus bank holidays, plus birthday leave (pro-rata)
