Maintenance Plumber

Maintenance Engineer - TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies in Northwest London and the surrounding areas on a permanent basis.
As a Maintenance Engineer you’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive work along with other general building maintenance.
The tasks can include service, repair and maintenance on piping, valves, pumps, heaters, fixtures, blockages and more. There will be basic work on pipes, faucets, toilets and electrical repairs when supporting the team with lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.
Salary Details
The salary starts at £40,401 and is historically known to increase within 12-24 months.
Monday – Friday working 45-hour weeks – 7am to 4pm along with 1 in 4 weeks on call with 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Door-to-Door pays
Requirements
You will need to have a level 3 in Plumbing skills and at least a 17th edition 
Some experience working within commercial buildings, along with a full driving license with no more than 6 points.
