TIG Welder People Solutions are currently recruiting for a TIG Welder to join our well-established client based in Leicester, East Midlands . This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay , full-time hours , and genuine career progression opportunities within a professional and supportive working environment. Shifts:  • Monday to Thursday – 08:00 to 16:30 • Friday – 08:00 to 15:30 Rates of Pay:  • £14.00 – £14.50 per hour (depending on experience) Benefits:  • Free on-site parking • Weekly pay • Ongoing work with temp-to-perm opportunity • No weekend work • Supportive and friendly workshop environment Day-to-Day Duties:  • TIG welding on a variety of sheet metal components • Inspecting finished work to ensure compliance with strict quality standards • Using a range of air tools and hand tools to complete work tasks • Completing all required production paperwork accurately • Reading and understanding basic engineering drawings • Working with a variety of materials and job specifications as required Essential Skills:  • Proven experience in TIG welding • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications • Experience using hand tools and air tools safely and effectively • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good communication skills • Proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent attention to detail Desirable Experience:  • Previous experience in precision TIG welding • Experience working within an engineering or fabrication workshop environment Training Provided:  • Industry-related training and full on-the-job support provided throughout your assignment Apply Today: If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity as a TIG Welder , apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team for more information.
