Axel Monroe are delighted to be partnering a Private Equity backed services organisation in their search for a Head of Reporting/Accounting. Turning over close to £100m in revenues, our client are truly global in their operation and operate on a recurring revenue model. This newly created position will report into the Group Finance Director, and will have regular engagement with the Group CFO.


The Head of Reporting will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, analysis of financial statements, consolidation of financial data, and managing finance-related tasks on a day-to-day basis. This role will have a significant focus on management, with three direct reports to the role, although it will also require an individual who can roll their sleeves up and be hands-on in nature.


Our client are half-way through their investment cycle, and are very much on a journey of change/transformation. This role will be a significant hire as part of this, and will be responsible for bringing greater efficiency and integrity to the financial reporting processes across the group.


This position will be based on a hybrid basis (2/3 days in the office) in a very good central London location, that has great transport links. This role will suit an ambitious individual who enjoys the expectations that come in working in a P.E backed environment, with a clear vision - this will prove to be a role that will offer significant documented success and achievement to the chosen individual's CV.


Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA Qualified with a minimum of 4 years PQE
  • Experience of having worked within internationally focussed private equity backed environments
  • Prior team management responsibilities with documented success of developing the team members that report into you
  • Ideally you will have a working knowledge of ARR business models - prior experience of SAAS/financial services/telecommunications would be preferred
