Essentially, very much a roving role with occasional local site visits.
Very much a national role, some weeks all travel, some mixed

An energy company which have offices in Glasgow, London and Manchester are looking for a Health and Safety Advisor.
Working in a variety of environments, embracing both desk-based responsibilities and site work. There will be a need to travel across the UK for short durations as work and projects dictate, to support the project management teams and cater to the needs of the company’s National Account UK-based clients.
Health and Safety Advisor Responsibilities:
Giving proactive support and management for the HSE requirements on all aspects of project delivery from pre-sales to handover.
Undertake HSEQ inspections & Audits.
Attending Project Management and Engineer meetings and reporting on H&S performance.
Offering pragmatic advice on various aspects of Health and Safety to the wider delivery team. 
Health and Safety Advisor Specification:
NEBOSH Level 6 qualification or equivalent.
Must have a full drivers licence
Environmental management qualification or relevant experience.
Extensive experience within construction & building maintenance environments.
Strong communication skills with strong presentation and report writing skills.
Client facing experience.
UK-wide travel will be an expectation of the roll.
Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages.
CSCS Safety Professional card is beneficial
High quality standards, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work mix working in the office, at home and on customer sites as works dictate.
A proactive and adaptive approach to ensure safety measures identified are reasonable and practicable to the works being executed.
