The company delivers projects up to £19 million, primarily focusing on affordable housing and residential projects, with some commercial work as well.Key responsibilities include:- Meeting the estimating requirements of designated projects.- Collaborating closely with contracts management to ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards.- Presenting bids based on site data.- Re-negotiating pricing for equipment or materials as necessary.- Ensuring financial accuracy of designated tenders.- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.- Working with the Estimator's and pre con team to enhance processes and procedures.In this role, you will prepare procurement packages for subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive and accurate quotes.
