About the Role:
Work closely with the CPO and other stakeholders to define and execute the company's product strategy, roadmap, and vision, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. Build a robust framework for client focused product innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Transform product concepts into market-ready solutions, including impact assessments and requirements gathering.
- Product Roadmap and relevant client products.
- Progress reporting against agreed deliverables Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to determine customer preferences, pain points, and behaviours, and apply these insights to product development.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and technological advancements in the renewable energy sector.
- Analyse competitive landscapes and industry trends to inform product strategies.
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
- Post-launch, monitor and assess product performance, making improvements and updates as necessary to ensure the product remains competitive.
- Prioritise product outcomes and capabilities based on research and data analysis, setting goals and defining success metrics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the energy or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the renewable energy market, including solar, wind and other clean energy technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development process.
