Knowledge/Skills:nProficiency in industry-standard Project Management Tools.nComplex NPI type project experience- managing fluidity – multi faceted elements to a project such as R&D/Design/Verification& Validation/Release to Mfg.nUnderstanding of business processes and compliance.nExcellent communication, team-working, and problem-solving skills.nFamiliarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies.nCommercial acumen and contract understanding.nExperience in implementing PLM frameworks.nKnowledge of Defence environments and composite design/manufacture is desirable.
