Client Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review financial statements for clients.
* Manage tax compliance, including returns and computations.
* Oversee bookkeeping and accounting processes.
* Manage client relationships through effective communication and appointment scheduling.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
* Mentor and develop junior team members.
* Manage day-to-day financial operations.
* Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.
* Provide tax advice and planning services.
Essential Experience / Qualifications and Attributes Required:
* Experience dealing with clients.
* Proficient IT skills, Microsoft applications and Xero.
* Comfortable training and developing junior team members.
* Audit experience essential.
* Qualified by examinations or experience.
