Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the education sector, building strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
  • Client Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles in the education sector.
  • Placement: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including arranging interviews, negotiating job offers, and ensuring successful placements.
  • Remote Working: Effectively manage your time and workload while working remotely, ensuring consistent communication with clients, candidates, and the internal team.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the education sector.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to work across different time zones as needed.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK - visa sponsorship will only be provided to UK citizens.
