Our client operates in the 3PL space for multipleprestigious brands across the Retail, E-Commerce, Wholesale &Manufacturing sectors, and they are committed to maintaining thehighest standards of service, safety, and overall operationalefficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People-Centric Leadership: Lead and inspire adedicated team to reach their full potential. Your focus on thewell-being and development of your staff will be the cornerstone ofsuccess whilst having a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards,fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the warehouse anddistribution arm of the business.
  • Performance Metrics:Continue to evolve the organisational approach to KPI’s, whilstensuring existing and new site standardisation.
  • WMS & ERPExpertise: Utilise your experience with Warehouse Management Systems(WMS) and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency.Familiarity with WMS & ERP implementations is a definite plus.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate withcross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from thewarehouse to the end customer.

KeyCandidate Requirements:

  • Have a LogisticsDistribution & Supply Chain background - Essential.
  • Have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience at a Warehouse Manager/ Operations Manager / Senior Operations Manager or General Managerlevel - Essential.
  • Have managed teamsbeyond 50-100+ employees through direct managerial reports - Essential.
  • A working knowledge of WMS / ERPsystems - Essential.
  • Exceptional peoplemanagement and leadership skills - Essential.
  • An understanding of Lean Six Sigma / Continious ImprovementMethodology - Advantageous.
  • Strongproblem-solving and analytical abilities - Essential.
  • Commutable to Bury St. Edmunds 5 days per week - Essential.
