The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair and service of our equipment and will play a key role in developing and expanding service contracts with our customers.
Day to Day of the role:
Offer and negotiate regular service contracts with customers.
Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction in line with company expectations.
Problem-solve issues on the job and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Learn to assemble and disassemble all mechanical equipment in our range (training provided).
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, answering questions with discretion and honesty.
Initiate and follow-up with customers to sell services, resolve problems, and provide correspondence and reports.
Collaborate with other departments.
Comply with ISO 9000 procedures to maintain the highest levels of quality at all times.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Thoroughness and a commitment to high standards of work.
Self-motivated, confident, and able to problem-solve independently.
Commercial awareness and experience in negotiating service contracts are advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good mechanical engineering background.
Ability to work well within a team.
