Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the water utilities sector, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels to identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organisations.
Placement and Follow-Up: Successfully match candidates with suitable roles and ensure a smooth transition into their new positions, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regulatory changes to provide clients and candidates with informed advice and guidance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, insights, and best practices, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, within the water utilities sector.
Strong understanding of the water utilities sector, including its challenges, opportunities, and key players.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing and management.
