Role Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families. Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments. Required Qualifications: What Were Looking For: Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare. Experience working with children under 5. Empathy and understanding each child is unique. Strong communication and organisational skills.
