Experience within the commercial property sector is ideal but not essential.

What will you be doingnBe responsible for the end-to-end management of deals for the sale/letting of commercial properties, ensuring a positive client experiencenAct as the main point of contact between property owners and prospective occupiers to ensure the best possible deal is negotiated for the clientnAssist landlords in promoting their properties and dealing with interested partiesnArrange and conduct viewingsnPrepare Enquiry SchedulesnNegotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (Heads of Terms) prior to the letting of a commercial propertynManage all aspects of the transactionnDeal with inbound enquiries either via telephone, in person or email
