My client based in Redruth is looking for a Purchase Ledger
My client have a fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Assistant who has previous experience working within an accounting clerical role with good numerical skills and intermediate level in Excel. Working as a Purchase Ledger Assistant you will support the Finance Co-ordinator with daily routine processing tasks and other such duties to support the finance function and wider business.
You will have responsibility for the following:

Monitoring the accounts email inbox.
*
Ensuring supplier invoices match the purchase orders.
*
Processing of all supplier invoices into Xero.
*
Ensuing all invoices are received against supplier statements.
*
Adding credit card receipts and expenses to Xero.
*
Assist procurement on purchase orders.
*
Chasing any credit card receipts/invoices not received against purchases.
*
Other ad hoc duties as and when required.
SALARY:
1.
Salary £14.00 per hour
1.
20hrs per week Flexible working hours.
1.
33 days holidays per annum including bank holidays (PRO-RATA BASED ON START DATE)
