The Recruitment Group are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager you will lead and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide staffing solutions to meet their needs.nBuild a network of candidates through sourcing, recruiting, and conducting interviews.nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and effectively manage sales pipeline.nMonitor and analyse branch performance and implement strategies to improve results.nFoster a positive and productive working environment that supports team members’ professional growth.nEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a strong RecruiternStrong understanding of sales and marketing principlesnExcellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsnAbility to motivate and manage a team effectively.nProven ability to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
