We are currently working on behalf of a Housing association. My client is currently looking for Plumber/Multi traders to carry out day to day repairs and maintenance within occupied properties in the area of Croydon. 
This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation with plenty of room for progression. 
Duties will include: 
Carpentry - Hang doors, skirting, architrave
Plumbing duties - reactive maintenance 
Painting and decorating
Tiling 
Flooring
Patch Plastering
Whar they are looking for:
Experience in Social Housing/Reactive Mainteance 
Own tools
Clean UK Drivers License 
This is a permanent position and you will receive the below:
