With 66 beautifully designed bedrooms, our state-of-the-art residence is dedicated to providing exceptional care in a sophisticated and welcoming environment.We are looking for compassionate Care Assistants to join our close-knit team. Whether you are experienced in care or looking to start a new career, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference every day, supporting residents to live fulfilling, dignified lives.What We Offer£12.70 per hour Full-time hours: 42–44 per week (including alternate weekends) Paid PVG, pension scheme, free uniform, and onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) Full training provided, with opportunities to gain recognised qualifications and progress your career What You Will DoAs a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting their daily routines and helping them live as independently as possible. Your role will include assisting with personal care, nutrition, mobility, and social engagement, while ensuring each resident’s dignity and wellbeing are always prioritised. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment and bring warmth and positivity to every interaction.What We’re Looking ForA genuine passion for caring for others Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude Organisational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in care is helpful but not essential – we welcome those new to the sector and provide full training and support SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable but not required About UsAlmond Valley Care Home is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned, market-leading care provider with over 100 homes across the United Kingdom.
