FP&A Analyst

An opportunity to be an FP&A Analyst for an international company based in Dudley, who have lots of growth potential and really look after their employees. This role gives you a fantastic chance to be in a growing, impactful FP&A team that will operate group wide.
Main Duties:
As an FP&A Analyst, your main duties include:
* Collaborating with senior management, department heads, and key leadership figures.
* Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Analyst will be providing financial planning and analysis to the Directors on the performance of the properties across the company portfolio.
* Developing financial and strategic plans for various country portfolios and property types (e.g., industrial, residential), as well as for the broader organisation.
* Creating annual budgets and forecasts for different country portfolios and property types and consolidating these into a master budget.
* Analysing historical financial performance and investments, conducting competitor analysis, and assessing market trends with detailed commentary for management.
* Building financial models to project growth, forecast performance, and estimate returns on investment.
* Reviewing previous budgets and forecasts, conducting variance analysis, and explaining any discrepancies.
* Performing trend analysis to provide insights that enable data-driven decision-making.
* Recommending enhancements and advising on the use of financing structures like debt and equity when suitable.
Location / Office / Culture
The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office based in Dudley. The company operate from a modern office consisting of a strong team of 60+. The business is very flexible in its working patterns and due to the current ongoing growth offers great chances for progression.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified – or a very strong finalist
* Well-versed in commercial finance
* A commercially driven mindset
* Driving License
