With the business working on such an incredibly large scale, Salesforce is of great importance to their operations, and they are looking to grow that team.

About the rolenAs the Salesforce release manager, it is important that you have experience leading new releases and have an ability to follow the continuous integration and development cycle. Managing the DevOps function is important too, leading those in the development teams and ensuring the successful delivery of any Salesforce releases across their instance. Previous experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is important, alongside experience with the use of a wide variety of DevOps tools.

RequirementsnThe successful Salesforce Release Manager will have, but not be limited to the following skills/experience:nPeople managementnExcellent stakeholder management and ability to manage their demandsnProactive and forward thinking approach to problem solvingnTranslating business business demands into Salesforce solutionsnClear and precise written and verbal communication between technical and non-technical teamsnSalesforce Certified AdministratornExperience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
