Whilst working as part of a vibrant team, you’ll be maximising guest satisfaction by delivering excellent guest care at all times. As well as interacting with guests at welcome and departure, you’ll also be shaping their experience by getting involved in the Kitchen to prepare room service orders, as well as general cleaning duties and preparing any conferences for the next days business.

  • Be yourself
  • (Along with your other colleagues in the Night team), take responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and our guests
