Senior Marketing Manager Financial Services City of London (hybrid) Up to £65,000 + performance based bonus We’re working with a rapidly expanding property finance division within a well-established financial services organisation. The team is scaling its marketing capability and is now hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of a newly defined, high-impact role. This is a broad, hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, lean environment. You’ll shape and deliver the marketing agenda for a high-growth division, working closely with senior leaders and driving commercially aligned campaigns that support brokers, customers, and the wider business. The Senior Marketing Manager will: • Lead and deliver end-to-end marketing activity across strategy, campaigns, content, events and broker communications. • Manage and optimise a dedicated marketing budget in partnership with senior stakeholders. • Take ownership of product and campaign management, ensuring effective coordination across the business. • Run complex, multi-channel campaigns independently, with minimal oversight. • Support major future initiatives such as national programmes, roadshows, media activity and broker engagement. • Collaborate closely with a small, motivated team while providing direction across product, campaign and event-led activity. Required skills and experience: • Broad, hands-on marketing experience across strategy, campaigns, events, content and traditional B2B channels. • Exposure to property finance, specialist lending or related professional/B2B services environments. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence operating autonomously and managing upwards. • Enthusiastic, adaptable and comfortable in a lean, high-growth environment with a no-ego approach. • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce credible copy and broker-facing content.
