Location: Kintore, AB51.

Salary: Starting from £57,408 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

*The company are offering a sign on bonus to any new applicants paid as £1000 after successful completion of probation period (3 months) and then a further £1000 paid after 6 months of employment*

About The Role:

To ensure the efficient and effective running of the companys CNC machines and ensuring delivery of a first-class service to their clients requirements, maintaining the highest quality and the lowest cost solution. This position will work in a team and be part of the efficient and effective running of machining manufacturing. On-time delivery is critical, therefore planning and timekeeping are essential elements to this role.

The CNC Machinist must have a sound machining background, confident in programming Integrex CNC and/or mills and lathes to a high level. Working with extremely tight tolerances and have a right first time work ethic. The incumbent must be extremely hands on with machine operating and be able to trouble-shoot when required and ensure internal and client deadlines are met.

Candidate Requirements:

5+ years proven experience as a CNC Machinist, Integrex Experience a must.

Experienced in reading and writing programs in ISO (G-code) and using conversational software.

Tool selection and planning experience.

Excellent mechanical aptitude.

High level inspection skills using measuring equipment.

Proven work ethic.

Training and mentoring skills

Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work unsupervised while clearly executing instructions.

High awareness on QHSE requirements.

Valid drivers licence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour Day shift Monday to Friday (2 WEEKS)
  • 10 hour Night shift - Monday - Thursday (2 WEEKS)
  • Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630 (can be flexible)
  • Night shift 18.00 - 0430 (can be flexible)
  • Overtime (1.5 x hourly rate) Available and Encouraged
  • Night Shift allowance at Time and a third
