Our client are seeking an experienced Architect with strong experience in Mergers & Acquisitions. This role involves developing an IT integration strategy that aligns with business goals, establishing an architectural framework that enhances operational efficiencies, and driving synergy to maximize the value of the integration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop an IT integration roadmap to support the merger and identify opportunities for tech consolidation.
  • Architecture Design: Lead the creation of an integrated enterprise architecture that is scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
  • Technology Evaluation: Assess existing technologies and recommend innovative solutions while staying updated on emerging technologies.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, implementing architecture governance best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with leadership, business units, and IT teams, effectively communicating technical concepts to all stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify integration risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
