The Role
As a Teacher of Humanities, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Your passion for History, Geography, Religious Education, and other humanities subjects will ignite a love for learning in your students. You will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to maintaining high standards and achieving outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Humanities.
Proven experience in teaching Humanities subjects at the secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for History, Geography, Religious Education, and related disciplines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
