Manage and lead planning projects from inception to completion.
Provide expert planning advice to a diverse range of clients.
Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and representations.
Conduct site appraisals, research, and analysis to inform planning strategies.
Liaise with local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders.
Mentor and support junior planners within the team.About You:
Chartered Town Planner with MRTPI membership.
Proven experience in planning consultancy with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent knowledge of the UK planning system, policies, and regulations.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
