You will be responsible for:  
Marketing Support - Managing team helpdesk, assigning tickets, handling smaller requests and supporting press enquiries and media events. 
Digital Support - Maintaining the accuracy of Edinburgh Leisure activities information across digital platforms and collaborating with the Digital team on website, app, and Google business page updates. 
Design & Content – Assisting content creation, collaborating on projects like launching the TikTok channel, supporting signage and smaller design tasks, and ensuring compliance with GDPR retention policies. 
Research - Coordinating data requests, managing ongoing research and surveys, and generating reports for market sectors. 
Administration - Providing general administrative support, coordinating with external suppliers, managing site visits and invoicing, and maintaining Marketing Team intranet pages. 
  
Our ideal candidate will have:   
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or 2 years working experience in a marketing-based role. 
Working knowledge of MS Office, and experience of writing either for study or work purposes. 
Strong organisational skills with the ability to problem-solve and prioritise to strategically develop creative solutions. 
High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.  
Proactive, tenacious, and adaptable personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to a varied customer base.
