Fox Construction Recruitment are looking for a highly experienced Senior Drainage and Plumbing Engineer (Team Leader Level) to join their highly successful client’s specialist drainage company in the London/Rainham area.
You must have a minimum of 5 years experience to be considered for this position and have carried out a role as a Senior Drainage Engineer previously.
Experience/Knowledge required:
* Excellent knowledge with internal & external blockages
* Good Knowledge with Plumbing i.e replacing copper pipework, installing taps, installing urinal cisterns, installing toilet cisterns, installing toilets
* Confident removing and replacing toilets both floor mounted and wall mounted
* Confident removing and replacing urinals
* Fair mastic/silicone skills
* Excellent knowledge and use of electro mechanical equipment such as Picote Machine, Spartan 300 , Milwaukee 700, Spartan 1065
* Excellent knowledge of CCTV work and confident conducting CCTV surveys followed by site plans
* Knowledge of saniflo systems, i.e maintaining them, unblocking, replacing
* Confident in replacing plastic pipework from sizes 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm
* Knowledge and experience in replacing cast iron pipework. sizes range from 100mm up to 225mm, small sections but large sections would be beneficial.
* Experience and knowledge in Patch Lining (not essential) but beneficial
* Confident in teaching Engineers & Assistants
* Good team-working skills
* Great at being punctual
* Takes pride in their work
